Indiana Law
Indiana law is a constantly evolving creation. Estates have rules and statutes governing them, and they change. Courts hold trials for persons who have been injured or wronged, and those rules change. Most citizens are ignorant of many phases of the law. These podcasts are designed to help Joe & Jane Citizen, giving some insight to the legal process in the state of Indiana, but also keeping abreast as to the law in certain areas, such as Wills, Trusts, Estates in general, personal injury, wrongful death, and other areas of Indiana law.
